Independent Karma Cartel wins three International Film Awards

We’re thrilled to announce, the independent film Karma Cartel, has won three fantastic awards. Set in a southern city of India, following a reporters search for a missing actor, leads to revelation of multiple lives connected to it through greed and bad choices.

The film has gone on to win:

The Best Director Award at Cinamevvenire, Film Festival in Rome, Italy.

Winner of Best First Time Director at The American Movie Awards, Nevada

Winner – Award of Excellence at Canada’s International Film Festival, Canada

Karma Cartel is an Avant Garde Malayalam Indie, produced following DOGME95 rules set by Lars Von Trier (Anitchrist, Breaking The Waves). This regional Indian film has won three International Awards for its innovative language that translates to any part of the world.

Released by PVR Director’s Rare, in Limited cities in India, Karma Cartel has won critical acclaim and cult following among malayalam film lovers.
